Robert is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 25 years of HR leadership experience, including 20 years in healthcare organizations. He holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Throughout his career, Robert has held key HR positions at Quest Diagnostics, Hospital Corporation of America, and St. Joseph Health. For the past seven years, he served as the Sr. Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Sonrava Health, a company that operates 580 dental clinics across 21 states and an insurance company licensed in 26 states. Robert has consistently built and led strong HR departments, fostered long-term careers for team members, and successfully drove the organization's strategic initiatives through his Human Resources leadership.
Shandell has gained an amazing scope of experience in executive coaching, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, and communication. She spent 10 years in the film industry as the director of creative advertising for MGM. Then moved into retail to run training, leadership development and communications for Gap Inc. That led to leadership roles in learning and development for Restoration Hardware and Design Within Reach. Seeking a deeper purpose, she shifted her focus to non-profit healthcare, serving as System Director of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at St. Joseph Health which later merged with Providence Health. Then she spent many years building a learning strategy and thriving L&D function for Unify Consulting. She is certified in executive coaching, mediation, storytelling and numerous learning and development assessment and programs. Shandell is currently serving clients as an executive coach and learning leader under her own banner of Sosna Consulting and serving as an associate for RAEHRS.
Stephanie has more than twenty years of experience in labor and employee relations, She possesses extensive experience as an expert labor/lead negotiator with an outstanding record of accomplishment in all aspects of labor/employee relations working with operational management and human resources to obtain outcomes that meet business objectives. Specifically, Stephanie has demonstrated strengths in labor relations which include developing and designing proactive strategies to prevent union organizing consistent with the law and the organizations’ objectives, developing and implementing proactive labor/positive employee relations training programs, developing and implementing successful union organizing campaign strategies, developing union contract negotiations strategies, and conducting negotiations. Stephanie also has strengths in employee relations include developing effective employee advocacy programs, including but not limited to, developing standardized policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance, identifying, and implementing a process to standardize, track and report workplace issues, and providing change management strategies to engage and support the workforce through various transitions.
Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson University School of Law and a Master of Law, Dispute Resolution.
